No. Your membership fee only covers pre-trial matters. This includes court appearances, reviewing discovery and negotiating with prosecutors in trying to get you the best deal possible, including, but not guaranteed, dismissals. 

No! There are no contracts for this membership. Cancel at anytime. Our "Disclosure Form" however, requires a written 30-Day Notice in order to stop future payments.

Yes! We require you to be an active member of "The Criminal Defense Network" while we are handling your case. 

Yes! Doesn't matter where you sign up, you'll be covered all over Texas. 

Yes! You can pay upfront fees so you'll never have to worry about missing a payment.
