No. Your membership fee only covers pre-trial matters. This includes court appearances, reviewing discovery and negotiating with prosecutors in trying to get you the best deal possible, including, but not guaranteed, dismissals.
No! There are no contracts for this membership. Cancel at anytime. Our "Disclosure Form" however, requires a written 30-Day Notice in order to stop future payments.
